Very good app, but very poor support

Finally loving this App. The lack of support is the only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 Star rating

When I first installed it, it only saw a tiny fraction of my library. The only form of support provided was an email address directly to the developer. Needless to say hes probably very busy so it took several emails and far too long to finally get a response. Once I did, his suggestion fixed the problem immediately.

There should be some form of support forum, wiki, or at least a known issues page so that we can help ourselves...
